Bodegas María Rigol Ordi

In the 1980s, Maria Rigol Ordi decided to produce her own cavas to revive familiar flavors. Together with her son, Francesc Manobens Rigol, they started production in their winery in Sant Sadurní d’Anoia. With family roots in the world of cava since 1897, their cavas represent the preservation of a heritage and the crafting of quality products with traditional blends and extended aging in Penedés.
